I met Andreea exactly one year ago at a protest in Bucharest.
It was a really really cold evening and after hanging out at the protest for a while we just flunked to a cafeteria nearby to talk about art and other disasters. We quickly discovered we got a lot in common, including an ease to open ourself to each other.
Here’s a quick review of me versus her:
|male 1.78m 67kg||female 1.83m 57kg|
|green eyes||green eyes|
|brain, art and adventure||peace, love and adventure|
|pseudo vegetarian||any food is good food|

The beginning of a beautiful friendship
We got to be friends unexpectedly fast and we started chatting online, we hanged out from time to time when I was in Bucharest, exchanged music and photography, visited some art galleries together, went to some pretty cool concerts.
My competitive spirit and her playfulness got us into some sort of a challenge, where each of us would randomly post a photo of the current life moment and the coolest moment (not photo) won.
We were not seeing each other too often and we had no expectations for our duties to our friendship.
And then something very special happened.
But then one day we were walking and talking about photography and freedom and I showed her thereisnoplan.com and told her about the huge stash of photos and videos of my past adventures that I never posted online because I procrastinate too much and I hate to click and submit and tag and share and all the social media s*it that I used to be so addicted to few years ago.
– I can do that. It doesn’t bother me.
– Wow. What? Would you really do the daily Instagram/Facebook/Twitter posts and all that?
– If you give me content, of course. But you have to do something in return.
– I don’t know, better come up with a cool offer.
– All right…
– Hey, I know, how does this sound?
Every 10 blog posts I’ll take you in an adventure.
Every 20 blog posts I’ll do a photo shooting as you want it
Every 30 posts I’ll make you a surprise
“Sounds like a deal!”
She said and we spitted in our palms and we shook hands. This was it.
All right. A deal is a deal, I’ll start sorting out materials for a new TINP post and let’s see what happens next. If you get to read this post from your Facebook / Twitter / Instagram etc it means the deal is on.
